Frozen 4 Hour & 5K

The Frozen 4 Hour will be a timed four hour race where competitors will attempt to run as many miles as possible in 4 hours on a frozen, snowpacked trail.  This will be a fun and challenging event taking place on packed multi-use trails.  The race will take place on a great 5K loop in Lester Park.  Runners will also be able to choose a 5K option if they'd just like to run one lap!
